Before
The newly constructed nursery building awaited its outdoor environment — an empty, undeveloped plot, with no spatial functions and no natural elements yet in place. The vision was to create a modern courtyard that would harmoniously blend into its rural surroundings, offering space for activity, play, and a meaningful connection with nature.
After
The transformed courtyard has become a true experiential space for the children — where play, learning, and nature merge effortlessly. Thoughtfully designed play equipment, resilient surfaces, and rich plantings combine to provide a safe, stimulating, and varied daily environment.
The result is a complex educational garden — a place where nature, movement, and the joy of childhood are deeply interwoven, turning time spent outdoors into a valuable and enriching part of the learning journey.

Implementation
Our team was responsible for implementing the green infrastructure and playground elements. The objective was to create a contemporary, safe, and nature-oriented outdoor environment that encourages free play, physical development, and environmental learning.
Play elements were positioned according to age-group needs, with poured rubber safety surfacing ensuring comfort and protection. Expansive grassed areas allow for free movement, running, discovery, and shared outdoor experiences.
In the planting concept, we placed particular focus on integrating sensory and developmental functions: large-canopy trees, vibrant perennials, and ornamental species were chosen to create a dynamic, seasonally changing landscape. A fully automated irrigation system supports sustainable maintenance, adjusting to the specific needs of both turf and plants.
The courtyard’s functionality was further enhanced with public-use furniture — benches, outdoor tables, and waste bins — offering comfort and structure for both children and their caregivers.
