Before
The existing playground within the town’s central promenade had become outdated and fragmented in function. Although it remained an important meeting point for the community, it no longer met the needs of local children and families. The area was ready for renewal — a transformation into a vibrant public space where play, movement, and nature could once again come into harmony.
Today, the renewed playground stands as a true community destination — alive with laughter, movement, and connection. Children can freely explore the different zones, while adults enjoy the transparent layout and green, welcoming surroundings.
This project was particularly meaningful for our team — a reminder that thoughtful design and expert execution can help an entire neighborhood become just a little more joyful, accessible, and livable.
Implementation
Over the past several months, we took part in the comprehensive redesign and reconstruction of the playground. Our goal was to create a modern, safe, and joyful space that offers meaningful experiences for all age groups.
Play elements were organized with thoughtful spatial planning, incorporating age-specific zones. The surfaces were covered with poured-in-place rubber to ensure safety and comfort during use.
Extensive planting brought the space to life: large quantities of perennials and ornamental plants were introduced, and sod was laid across the open green areas — making the playground not only functional but also visually rich and inviting. An automated irrigation system was installed to maintain consistent water supply to the turf and plantings, supporting long-term sustainability.
To enhance usability, we integrated community-friendly outdoor furnishings such as benches, picnic tables, and waste bins — ensuring that the space serves not only children but also parents and caregivers in comfort.
